A lot has happened since our first lecture series on the topic of “Strategic debate on the climate justice movement/radical environmental movement” at the beginning of the year as part of the Autonomous University.

Fascization has progressed further all over the world, attacks on emancipative movements are increasing sharply and pressure is rising in all corners. With regard to the climate movement, this is also accompanied by dwindling awareness of the issue. Apart from a few exceptional cases, the topic has disappeared from the broad discourse in many places or only plays a subordinate role.

However, the destruction of nature and climate change continue unabated and even if many are now propagating the path to green capitalism and a technological solution, this is not a solution for us.

We want to address the following questions in this lecture: Do we need a large, unified organization or a more coordinated implementation of Diversity of Tactics ? And where does the climate movement stand in the course of the fascization of society? To this end, we will once again shed light on the actors who are currently central to us and try to put this into a social context.
