Swiss agriculture is at a turning point: caught between tradition and innovation, climate change and food security. But how can we make the leap from tried-and-true dairy and arable farming to a resilient, sustainable food system?
In this FoodTalk, we look back in order to think ahead. The history of Swiss agriculture explains why it looks the way it does today. Policy reflects past decisions and, at the same time, sets the course for the future. And research points to many paths we can take.

How can we make the transition from the tried-and-true to what is necessary? A discussion about the traditions that shape us, the policies that guide us, and the ideas that move us forward.
