In this exhibition, Christian Flierl, photographer, biologist and co-founder of BelleVue, explores the areas of contact between the apparent contradiction of “culture” and “nature”.

In “Among Us”, we encounter the spaces in between in an exemplary way when urban and urban landscapes meet nature or what we understand by nature, because “wild, free nature” has long since been shaped to suit our needs.

By quickly capturing a moment or meticulously exploring a place photographically, Christian Flierl creates a contrast - also with humor and irony - in which the problematic consequences of human activity become apparent.
