Martin Daniel Schott: Primat der Bewegung
How can the system be changed without becoming part of its power structures? Drawing on the ideas of political theorist Nicos Poulantzas, this text develops a perspective on democratic socialism that integrates institutional politics and extra-parliamentary movements. Looking back at Marxism and anarchism, and drawing on current social struggles in Germany, Chile, and Hong Kong, it becomes clear that reform and revolution need not be opposites. A strategy for radical social change.
The event is being held in cooperation with Büchner-Verlag and BASTA.
Moderated by Franziska Stier.
Free admission, donations accepted
