This evening, the poet Luna from Berlin and her "artistic counterpart" Blota from Basel will share their work together.

They will read from texts created in 2025 as part of their project "Perspektiven" (Deep Perspectives). At that time, they shared their perspectives on defined concepts with a fixed character limit each week, from a distance.

Luna will also read from her 2021 work "Wie viele Tode sterben wir?" (How Many Deaths Do We Die?).

This collection of poems tells a comforting truth about grief. Unflinching, yet in beautiful rhymes, she describes facets of sorrow in love, life, and death.

With its proximity to the harbor, the green oasis of Pflanzenbroggi is predestined as a setting for reflections on behind-the-scenes thoughts, or rather, "the end."

And of course, there should also be room for your perspective, because, to quote Luna, we want to openly and collectively offer death and grief a stage, because:

"With a pen in our hand, we can move so much. We can decide what remains and how we intensify things and feelings. For me, writing has something magical about it, when I feel the power of words, read in other people's texts, or hear them in songs. Suddenly, a deep connection arises between strangers. Sometimes the right words can even hold a heart together."
