Die ZurBleibe Crew besteht aus verschiedenen Menschen, die Freude am kochen haben. Du bist also herzlich eingeladen mitzukochen oder auch einfach zum essen zu kommen. Einige von uns haben kaum oder erschwerten Zugang zu Arbeitsmöglichkeiten. Darum wird drei viertel der Kollekte für einen Solibeitrag zur Unterstützung dieser Menschen verwendet. Das letzte viertel brauchen wir, um für Nahrungsmittel und Küchenutensilien aufzukommen.

Unser Essen soll für alle möglich sein, egal wieviel Geld jemensch hat! Deshalb gibt es bei uns aus Prinzip eine freiwillige Kollekte. Falls du über ein Einkommen verfügst, denk bitte daran, dass wir auf die Einnahmen der Kollekte angewiesen sind - eben um die Ziele von ZurBleibe unterstützen zu können.

We demand all this and much more. In the "Necessary Measures for Climate Justice and Net Zero by 2037" we have thought about what the implementation of the initiative requires. We have handed over the list of measures to the government and look forward to continuing to implement the initiative in the future. There is a lot to do.

Our selection of books and brochures includes historical and current content, but is by no means complete or conclusive. In this sense, we want to broaden our perspectives, strengthen analyses and make them accessible through texts and discussions.

In addition to the library service, brochures, zines and flyers are available to borrow and take with you. Or you can drop by for a chat with us. From time to time we organise information and discussion events, as well as readings and film evenings. We are always open to suggestions. You can also find material from us to write letters to prisoners. Our address can also be used for this purpose, and letters received can be collected during opening hours.

We see ourselves as part of the fight against gentrification and displacement in the neighbourhood. Together with the collectively run neighbourhood pub Capri Bar, which is right next door, we form a place beyond the obligation to consume and the logic of profit. Was sind Feminizide?
Alle Menschen werden in der Gesellschaft in die binäre Geschlechterordnung von “Frau” und “Mann” gewiesen. Morde an Frauen und genderqueeren Personen die aufgrund dieser Geschlechtszuweisung als “Frau” begangen werden, werden als Feminizide bezeichnet. Feminizide geschehen meistens innerhalb der Familie, in häuslichen Einheiten und in anderen zwischenmenschlichen Beziehungen. Diese vermeintlich privaten Umgebungen, in denen Feminizide oftmals stattfinden, lassen die Verantwortung des Staates gegenüber Feminiziden vergessen, denn staatliche Behörden begehen und tolerieren Feminizide. In Medien wird von Familiendramen oder Mord aus Leidenschaft berichtet. Dadurch wir die Systematik hinter den Morden verschleiert und die Motive der Täter banalisiert und verharmlost.
Das muss sich ändern: Feminizide müssen klar als solche benannt werden.

Wer sind wir?
Ni Una Menos Basel ist eine offene Gruppe aus jungen Frauen und genderqueeren Personen, die sich Anfang 2021 zusammengefunden hat. Ihren Ursprung hat die "Ni Una Menos"-Bewegung (deutsch: Nicht eine* weniger) in Argentinien. Die Bewegung entstand 2015 als Reaktion auf einen Feminizid, bei dem ein 14-jähriges schwangeres Mädchen von ihrem Freund ermordet wurde. Seitdem hat sich die Bewegung zuerst in Südamerika und später auf der ganzen Welt ausgebreitet.
Ni Una Menos Basel organisiert nach jedem Feminizid, der in der Schweiz geschehen ist oder in Verbindung zur Schweiz steht, einen Gedenkprotest.
Wir kämpfen gegen das Vergessen, in dem wir denen gedenken, die nicht mehr unter uns sind. Den Verstorbenen versuchen wir eine Stimme zu geben, da sie keine mehr haben. Wir sind da für alle Überlebenden und Hinterbliebenen. Ni Una Menos Basel möchte jedoch nicht nur die Trauer zum Ausdruck bringen, sondern auch die Wut auf das patriarchale System, welches die Täter schützt.

R.A.B. is an alliance of anti-patriarchal forces of the extra-parliamentary left in Basel. Our focus is on the 25th of November which is the international day against violence towards women and genderqueer people as well as the 8th of march¹.
Every day we experience being suppressed by the patriarchy. In a capitalist system, patriarchal structures lead to the exploitation of women and genderqueer people.
We don't want more gender diversity in the head positions, we want do abolish capitalist systems. Part of that is to overcome gender specific work segmentation, specifically reproduction and care work. We want to overcome the binary gender roles of “men” and “women”. The liberation from patriarchy must go hand in hand with the liberation from imperialism.
In R.A.B. we summon our anger towards daily sexism and transphobia, towards the daily violence that far too often even leads to femicide and murder of trans people. Let us use our differences as strength. Together against the patriarchy!

Over 70 percent of the global seed and pesticide market is currently controlled by four major corporations. These corporations stand for an agricultural system that destroys biodiversity, erodes soils, poisons groundwater and devours vast amounts of fossil energy.
In Switzerland and Basel we have to take responsibility! Since 2015 we have been organizing regular demonstrations, a variety of activities and events to raise public awareness of the dark sides of Syngenta, Bayer, BASF + Co. and to point out alternatives.

END FOSSIL: OCCUPY schools and universities!
Between September and December 2022, we occupied more than 50 schools and universities around the world to #EndFossil.

It is important that we organize ourselves as youth at work, at university, but also at our schools! For a social ecology and the end of the fossil industry, as well as its influence on society!

Our 3 principles:
1. youth led - The occupations are organized by young people. All are welcome to join!

2. climate justice - The political framework behind the occupations is that of climate justice. We want an end to the fossil fuel industry in order to achieve climate neutrality and global social justice. We want to achieve our goal through a global and socially just process.

3. occupy until we win - Our intention is to occupy (high-)schools in a wide variety of locations, disrupting public life until our demands are achieved.

We take our inspiration from countless historical examples, such as the 2006 Penguin Revolution in Chile, the 2016 Primavera Secundarista in Brazil, the global mobilization in and after 1986, and many others that have shown us that young people have the power to change society from the ground up. Our goal is nothing less: we start as students, but we want the whole society to take action for climate justice.

We are unstoppable - Another world is possible! We will not give up until the fossil era is over!
