Capri Sound Collective Konzert
Die Band verbindet traditionelle Volksmusik mit internationalen Einflüssen und schafft so einen lebendigen Klang zwischen Kulturen und Geschichten.
Mit Instrumenten wie Oud, Klarinette, Tambur und Perkussion entsteht ein vielseitiger Sound, der sowohl rhythmisch als auch melancholisch sein kann. Gesungen wird überwiegend auf Kurdisch, aber auch auf Türkisch und Armenisch.
Das Capri Sound Collective ist ein vierköpfiges Musikprojekt, entstanden aus regelmässigen Jam-Sessions in der Capri Bar Basel.

featuring international and local artists from the noise and experimental music scene — all connected through the responsible work of art handling.
with acts from berlin (formerly canada), poland / zurich, glasgow (formerly texas), and local art handlers from basel and across switzerland.
art handlers are usually known as calm, pragmatic people — often with jamiroquai in their ears. with this evening, we want to highlight a different side of the profession: those who handle fragile artworks with the same care they bring to feedback, contact microphones, and sonic experimentation.
